Health Coaching

Over the course of a health coaching programme, I will work with you to improve many aspects of your wellbeing with achievable lifestyle changes; one step at a time. These can include a range of health aspects such as:

healthy diet
gut health and digestion
body strength & fitness
posture, balance & joint mobility
stress management
sleep quality
hormone health (including menopause)
weight management
blood sugar regulation
mental & emotional health
self confidence & esteem

Health Coaching programmes start with an initial 1 hour consultation for a full health and lifestyle review. From there, I normally recommend 1-3 months of fortnightly 30 minute coaching support to help you implement the changes needed to achieve your health goals.

Clear and simple pricing

To keep budgeting easy for the client, I do not offer packages which require a big outlay upfront. Instead, I work with easy to understand pricing where you pay for each session as you go along.

The initial consultation: is £72.00 for one hour.  This includes getting you started with achievable action plans which are confirmed by email. 

Follow up sessions: are priced at £36.00 for 30 minutes. Here we review your progress and set new action plans to help you achieve your overall health goals.

Sessions are are held online using Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp and are available on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7.30pm till 8.30pm
Fridays: 12 noon till 6.00pm
